Stinson108 Restoration Photo/Text Page This page shows in both photos and text the steps necessary to completely restore a Stinson 108. Because I have disk space limitations on my personal Homepage at TDSTELME, this restoration page is presented only on the Stinson Flyer mirror site. While the Stinson 108 is the subject aircraft, the process applies to almost all tube and fabric type light aircraft. Added 01/01/01, updated 11/28/04.

In addition all of the Stinson information can also be found on the Stinson Mirror site at
http://www.stinsonflyer.com

My special thanks to DAVID TALLEY for making Stinson Flyer available. Note the Stinson Restoration Photo page images and the Classic General Aviation page images reside on the Stinson Flyer site.

Larry Westin's Beliefs about Free Speech

Free Speech "THOSE WHO WOULD GIVE UP ESSENTIAL LIBERTY TO PURCHASE A LITTLE TEMPORARY SAFETY, DESERVE NEITHER LIBERTY NOR SAFETY." -- Benjamin Franklin, 1759 - My personal (rather conservative) thoughts on free speech, a little over 50% of the e-mails I get about my free speech statement agree with my view, and just under 50% disagree with my opinion on free speech. Always very interesting E-Mail on this subject!!
